Notice to Residents who received a letter from Parker Road CDD January  31st, 2018 regarding maintenance of certain areas that were to become your responsibility to maintain on February 15, 2018:

 

After further discussion at the CDD Board meeting on February 16, 2018, the District will continue to maintain these areas until further notice while they investigate issues regarding the transition in maintenance responsibility.

Have you visited our 'Find a Sitter' option under the Classifieds on the home page?
 
What a better way to find someone local and close to home to hire for your Sitting needs! Whether it be for your children, pets, or home. Under this page you can view all those that have applied so far to become sitters within Oakmont!
 
Or are you looking to become a sitter for your neighbors? Select the 'Submit a New Sitter' option in the right hand corner and complete the form for your neighbors to view and possibly select you!

Summer Swim Lessons are back!

Join Coach Karyn Austin for either Private or Small Group lessons this summer!
 
Level 1 (Ages 3-6): No prior swim lesson experience OR not comfortable in water, May be a bit anxious/nervous about starting lessons.
Level 2 (Ages 4-7): Some instruction, Comfortable putting face in water, No major fear of water, Can do a front or back float.
Level 3 (Ages 4+): Some prior instruction, Can do front and back float, Comfortable swimming around 12-25 yards.
Level 4 (Ages 5+): Can do some sort of freestyle and either breast or backstroke, Needs work on side breathing in freestyle, Ready to learn the other competitive strokes (breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly).
Adults (all levels!): Adult Lessons also available, Beginner to Advanced, Underwater Video Analysis also available.

In an effort to keep our community uniform and visually pleasing, the Community Development District and the Architectural Review Board have developed specifications for signage; specifically, For Sale signs and Builder signs MUST conform to these specifications to be posted in the Oakmont Community.  If you have any additional questions, please contact us by clicking here.
